Equity Employer Group - Gold Member Honour Roll
Equity Employer Group - Honour Roll
 

STEPS Equity Employers will become synonymous with social inclusion and their support for people with a disability through providing one or more of the following:

  • Employment opportunities
  • Work experience
  • The Employment Consultant will give the client on or off-the-job training to ensure minimum interruption to the workplace.
  • Mentoring programs
  • Transition to employment programs for school leavers.
 
Standard Membership
 
To achieve membership of the STEPS Equity Employer Group, employers must currently employ one or more people with a disability and/or provide work experience opportunities, mentoring programs, or transition to employment programs for school leavers with disabilities.
STEPS Employer Equity Group Standard Membership
Gold Membership
 
To achieve Gold Membership of the STEPS Equity Group, employers must have 10% or more of employees registered as having a disability, and/or demonstrate significant commitment over time to providing opportunities for people with disabilities. STEPS Employer Equity Group Gold Membership
