| Standard Membership |

| To achieve membership of the STEPS Equity Employer Group, employers must currently employ one or more people with a disability and/or provide work experience opportunities, mentoring programs, or transition to employment programs for school leavers with disabilities. |

| Gold Membership |
| |
| To achieve Gold Membership of the STEPS Equity Group, employers must have 10% or more of employees registered as having a disability, and/or demonstrate significant commitment over time to providing opportunities for people with disabilities. |
