Steps Education Services is seeking a dynamic Training Delivery Manager to manage a team of Trainers delivering vocational qualifications to Domestic and International students, both in the classroom and the workplace. You will be responsible for the delivery of RTO and GTO Training Services, in compliance with AQTF and GTO standards. You will also contribute toward development and improvement of training and assessment strategies that support both the needs of students and promote the growth of Steps Education Services. The successful applicant will have sound leadership, administrative and organisational skills with an ingrained initiative and drive to acheive targets. Ideally you will have a proven ability to adjust to and take advantage of rapid changes in government poilcy to grow the business, access additional resources and support to fully develop the ideas and strategies in a commercial environment.
