You will be responsible for the delivery of RTO and GTO Training Services, in compliance with AQTF and GTO standards. You will also contribute toward development and improvement of training and assessment strategies that support both the needs of students and promote the growth of Steps Education Services. The successful applicant will have sound leadership, administrative and organisational skills with an ingrained initiative and drive to acheive targets.
